BizBoon provides businesses worldwide a platform to connect with each other to discover new business opportunities and new markets. First and foremost, BizBoon's business is to focus on our members. Our Members share their company and personal information, engage in networking activities, share and exchange information, contacts, knowledge, "know hows", and find business opportunities on BizBoon site. We believe that our services allow our Members to effectively compete and achieve their full business potential. Gaining and maintaining our Members trust is critical to our success. As a result, we comply with the following practices to ensure highest level of privacy protection for our members:

• BizBoon implemented security features and functionalities to protect Member's information. From time to time, BizBoon may change, modify, delete, and/or add this Privacy Policy. When we do, member will be informed of these modifications, changes and deletion via BizBoon website, and other forms of communication so that member can review the changes before using BizBoon services. And if member continues to use BizBoon services, they are consenting to the changes in Privacy Policy. If they do not agree with the revised Privacy Policy you can stop using BizBoon services.
• We only provide member information including company and personal information to third parties when (a) Necessary to provide you BizBoon services, functionalities, enhancements and/or features; (b) to protect BizBoon's property, rights, and/or safety of members, the public and/or BizBoon staff; (c) we reasonably believe is allowed by regulations and/or law; (d) it is necessary to enforce BizBoon User Agreement; (e) you instruct BizBoon to do so.

1. Information Collection

The personal and organizational information provided to or gathered by BizBoon is controlled by BizBoon Corporation, 16025 Seventh Concession, King, Ontario L7B 0E1, CANADA. If you reside inside or outside Canada, then the personal information provided to or gathered by BizBoon is controlled by BizBoon Inc. in Canada. If you have any concern about providing information to us or having such information displayed on the BizBoon services or otherwise used in any manner permitted in this Privacy Policy and the User Agreement, you should not become a Member of BizBoon or visit our website. If you have already registered, you should close your account.

Member Registration & Account - To create an account on BizBoon, you must provide us with at least your company and your name, description of your company, email address, and a password. May you can choose to provide detail information about your company and yourself during the registration process (for example, your industry and location). BizBoon uses this information to industry, company, and profession specific products, services, ads, updates, relevant business connections and opportunities. Understand that by creating a BizBoon account others will be able to identify and know who you are, and accordance to User Agreement and Privacy Policy that you allow BizBoon to use this information. In the event that you purchase products and/or services from BizBoon, we will ask for your credit information.

Profile Information - Providing additional information enables you to derive more benefit from BizBoon by helping you express your organization's identity, product and services; find other business opportunities, and partnership information; and help potential business partners to find you. It also enables us to serve your ads and other relevant content on and off BizBoon. After you create an account, you may choose to provide additional information on your BizBoon profile, such as descriptions of your organization, products and services your organization provides, location, affiliates, social media information, logo, marketing information, testimonials, and other organizational materials. Your connections may endorse and recommend your organization, its products, services and/or brand.

Address Book, BizBoon Contacts, and Other Services That Sync with BizBoon - BizBoon collects, stores, organizes, and utilizes your contact information. BizBoon also uses this information to help you grow your BizBoon network by: identifying your contacts already on BizBoon; providing a template to send invitations to your contacts that have not registered with BizBoon; and suggesting organizations you may know who are already Members of BizBoon but who may not be in your BizBoon Contacts. Please note that when you send an invitation to connect to another organization (a "connection"), that organization will have access to your connect information such as email address BizBoon will also remind you of pending invitations. Your BizBoon connections will also have access to your email address and organization's description and other information.

Any information that you share and upload with BizBoon is covered by the User Agreement and this Privacy Policy. You can remove your information at anytime using the features BizBoon makes available or in accordance with Section 3. We collect information when you upload non-BizBoon content-like your email addresses, contacts, or calendar-with your account. We use this information to improve your experience. You can remove any of the email addresses and any other uploaded information at your convenience. BizBoon makes other functionalities and tools available to sync information with BizBoon, and may also develop additional features that allow members to use their BizBoon account in conjunction with other third-party services. For example, GOOGLE Analytics to gather online member behaviours such as number of clicks, interactions with other members, ads viewed, etc.

Member Service - When you visit BizBoon's Help page, we collect information that helps us categorize your question, respond to it, and, if applicable, investigate any breach of our User Agreement or this Privacy Policy. We also use this information to track potential problems and trends and customize our support responses to better serve you.

Cookies - We use cookies and similar technologies to help us recognize you, improve your BizBoon experience, increase security, measure use of our Services, and serve advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings and other tools. For more information, including the types of cookies found on BizBoon, please read BizBoon's Cookie Policy. By visiting BizBoon, you consent to the placement of cookies and beacons in your browser in accordance with this Privacy Policy and BizBoon's Cookie Policy.

Web Bugs and Advertising/Marketing Technologies - We target ads to Members through a variety of ad methods, including your use of BizBoon (such as your BizBoon search history) or clicking on a BizBoon ads; member-provided profile information and categories; information inferred from a Member's profile (for example, using industry, product and services); advertising technologies like web bugs, pixels, ad tags, cookies; information from advertising partners which we use to help deliver ads more relevant to you.

Your profile is visible to other BizBoon Members. Depending on your profile settings your information may be searchable in public search engines. BizBoon ads that are delivered on third-party sites contain the label "Ads by BizBoon." You may opt out of these ads served to you on third-party sites. The Ad Choices icon shows you that we adhere to the Digital Advertising Alliance's self-regulatory principles for online behavioral advertising. Please see http://youradchoices.ca/ for details.

IP Addresses, Log Files, Information About Your Computer and Mobile Devices - When you visit or leave BizBoon by clicking a hyperlink or view a plugin on a third-party site, we automatically receive the URL of the site from which you came or the one to which you are directed. We also receive the internet protocol ("IP") address of your computer or the proxy server that you use to access the web, your computer operating system, your type of web browser, your mobile device (including your mobile device identifier provided by your mobile device operating system), your mobile operating system (if you are accessing BizBoon using a mobile device), and the name of your ISP or your mobile carrier. Also, advertisers receive the URL of the page that you are on when you click an ad on BizBoon. Additionally, we show your local information because BizBoon may have received geographic location data send to us by third-party services or location-enabled devices. In the event of corporate acquisition, mergers and/or new partnerships we may collect and use additional information in order to order new products, services and/or endorsements.

2. Use of Company and Personal Information

We recommend that you limit submission of your personal information on BizBoon.com. Rather you should focuse on providing organizational information to connect and find other company members that may benefit your organization.

Consent to BizBoon Collecting and Processing Information About You - By providing personal and organizational information to us when you create or update your account and profile, (a) you are expressly and voluntarily accepting the terms and conditions of BizBoon's Privacy and User Agreement, (b) you freely agreeing and accepting to BizBoon collecting and processing of your personal and organizational information and data in ways set out by this Privacy Policy, (c) supplying information to us, including any personal and organizational information deemed "sensitive" by applicable law, is entirely voluntary on your part, (d) you have the right to modify and withdraw your consent to BizBoon's collecting and processing of the information you provide at your convenience, in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy and the User Agreement, by closing or changing your settings for your BizBoon account. In the event that you provide organizational and/or personal information to BizBoon may allow and/or reveal others to identify aspects of your organizational and personal life that are not expressly stated on your profile.

3. Content Dissemination, Sharing & Customization

Individual or aggregate information we learn about you or you provide us will be used to improve or customize your connection experience at BizBoon. We collect and share information to new and existing members in the form of updates, new connection request, favourites, new contacts or members to follow. Aggregate information will be used to provide promotional, marketing, or relevant content. By agreeing to BizBoon Privacy and User Agreement you are agreeing to all of the sharing terms and conditions.

Third Parties, Partners & Affiliates - In order to offer or provide you with services, we will share your information to partners, affiliate, or third parties outside BizBoon. Even though BizBoon has functionalities that offers members to make their profile private but public search engines may index and show member information before the profile privacy setting was change; in this when someone searches your name and/or company name on these public search engine your old profile information may be displayed.

BizBoon's content sharing functionalities, features and partner, affiliate or third parties system integration may result in your organization or personal information including but not limited to your name, company description, contact information, discussions, messages or preferences displayed on public search engines or public sites. If you import, share or distribute content to your contacts or groups on BizBoon, your content can be exported, downloaded, copied or posted on third parties or other sites outside BizBoon by members. These contents can be searchable in public sites and search engines.

BizBoon does not sell or rent personal or company data unless outlined in the privacy policy, user agreement or provided on the profile. BizBoon will not disclose organizational or personal information that is not provided in your profile or collected through engagement (such as purchasing services) without your consent or you provide instructions to do so unless warranted by law or it is reasonably necessary to (1) assist in enforcing this Privacy Agreement or User Agreement, (2) assist in the investigation of a contravention of a law; (3) comply with regulatory or legal obligations including court order, subpoenas or legal processes or mandatory requirement; (4) assist in the detection of fraudulent activities, criminal activities; (5) act in respect of an emergency that threatens the life, health or security of an individual; (6) protect the rights, property, or safety of BizBoon, our Members, or the public; (7) defend or protect BizBoon from third party allegations or claims.

Firms that are subject to financial services legal requirements or regulations, with your consent, will archive your messages or communication and other BizBoon online activities at a middleware provider that provide archiving solutions. For meeting legal requirements, Bizboon supports middleware firms that offer archiving services.

Sharing or Disclosures in the event of a Sale or Transfer of Ownership or Control of BizBoon Corporation - We may also disclose your personal and organizational information to a third party as part of a sale of the assets of BizBoon Corporation, a subsidiary, or division, or as the result of a change in control of the company or one of its affiliates, or in preparation for any of these events. Any third party to which BizBoon transfers or sells BizBoon's assets will have the right to continue to use the personal and other information that you provide to us in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy.

Non-Profit and For Profit Associations and Community Based Organizations, and Other Entities - BizBoon allows non-profit and profit Associations and Community-Based organizations, such as charities, universities, colleges, professional organizations, and other related entities to create profiles dedicated to promote and make connections for their services, products, purpose, mission and brand. Please note that these profiles are public, and organizational information posted and shared through the profile can be accessible by the organization that creates them. If the organization decides to connect with another organization, they will be listed on the other organization's contacts. BizBoon will use the collected data to provide activity information about the organization's profile including number of contacts, visits, followers, and data about the page's performance (for example, visits and updates).

Feedback & Surveys - From time to time, BizBoon, its members, partners, affiliate or third parties will conduct polls and surveys through BizBoon site.. Based on your survey or polls responses some of these parties may conduct target marketing and advisements to you; as well BizBoon and/or third parties may follow up with you regarding these marketing activities unless you opt out. BizBoon may request third party conduct this marketing activities. Third parties may request consent, personal and/or organization information to participate. It is up to you to decide whether to provide your information for the purpose of participating, receiving incentives or promotions.

4. Communications

Based on your profile settings and information you've provided to BizBoon, we communicate with you through email, notices, or messages posted on the BizBoon website, messages sent to your BizBoon Inbox, and other means available through our Services. The types of information or messages that you may receive as a follows: (1) new member and connection messages - when you agree to register on BizBoon, we may send you messages on how to better utilize BizBoon site and its existing features; (2) information on BizBoon new services, features and functionalities; (3) marketing and branding information about new business connections, opportunities or promotions from BizBoon and/or on behalf of our partners or members; (4) business information, news, tools, tips or "know how's" to help your business.

Member Communications - Your communication through BizBoon will include your organization name, logo, description, primary email address and other information on the communication such as invitation message to another member or non-member, Thereafter, the organization and individual you have connected with can view your profile information (including contact information), and you can view theirs.

5. Member Rights and Obligations

Minimum Age - User Agreement, persons must be of Minimum 18 years of age to use BizBoon.

Membership Responsibilities & Obligations -You have to comply with the following responsibilities and obligations. Some of these responsibilities and obligations are required by law and regulations; you must: (1) keep your username and password confidential and not share it with others; (2) at all times, abide by the terms and conditions of the current Privacy Policy, User Agreement, and other policies of BizBoon. This includes respecting all intellectual property rights that may belong to third parties, such as trademarks or copyrights; (3) not distribute, upload, download or otherwise disseminate any information that may infringe on the rights of others or which may be deemed to be offensive, racist, violent, xenophobic, or injurious or which may violate the intent, mission, purpose, and spirit of BizBoon and/or its community of Members; (4) not breach or violate privacy, user agreement or these guidelines or elsewhere. Any beach or violation may lead to the termination, restriction or suspension, of your account at the sole discretion of BizBoon.

Rights to Change, Modify, Access, Correct, or Delete Your Information, and Close Your BizBoon Account -You have a right to (1) access, modify, correct, or delete your personal and organizational information controlled by BizBoon regarding your profile; (2) change or remove your content, and (3) close your BizBoon account. You can also contact us for any account information which is not on your profile or readily accessible to you. If you chose to close your BizBoon account, your organizational and personal information will generally be removed from the BizBoon site within 48 hours. We generally delete closed account information and will de-identify any logs or other backup information within 90 days of account closure, except as noted below.

Retention of Your Data - We retain the personal and organizational information you provide while your account is active or as needed to provide you services and products. BizBoon may retain your personal and organizaitonal information even after you have closed your account if retention is reasonably necessary to (a) meet regulatory requirements, (b) comply with our legal obligations, (c) prevent fraud and abuse, (d) resolve disputes between Members, (e) enforce this Privacy Policy and our User Agreement or (f) for a limited period of time, if requested by law enforcement. BizBoon member service may retain information for as long as is necessary to provide support-related reporting and trend analysis only, but we generally delete closed account data consistent with the below section., except in the case of our plugin impression data, which we de-personalize after 12 months unless you opt out.

Please note that information you have shared with others (for example, through BoonBox, network updates, or content sharing) or that others have copied may also remain visible after you have closed your account or deleted the information from your own profile. BizBoon content related to a closed account will show an unknown user. Thus, you are not be able to access, change, eliminate, and/or correct information about you and your organization that other Members exported or copied out of BizBoon as this information may not be in BizBoon's control. Public search engines may display your public profile they refresh their cache.

6. Protection & Security

Based on industry security safeguard standards, access to your data on BizBoon is password-protected, and sensitive data (such as credit card information) is protected by SSL encryption when it is exchanged between your web browser and the BizBoon Services. We also offer secure https access to the website. As an added security and safeguards, we also regularly monitor our system for possible security gaps, cyber attacks and vulnerabilities.

It is your responsibility to keep all sensitive data password protected. We recommend that you do not communicate sensitive and private information via email, instant messaging, or other similar communication methods and protect your information by selection difficult/strong credentials, login and password. Please note that BizBoon does not guarantee that personal and organizational information will not be altered, changed, deleted, disclosed or accessed via unforeseen technical, operational, managerial or physical security or safeguard breach.

7. Amendment, Additions, Alternation or Changes to BizBoon Privacy Policy

From time to time we will be changing, altering, amending or adding to our Privacy Policy. Any changes to the use or treatment of your information will be communicated to you. We will communicate changes via email. Please read the changes carefully. If you agree with the changes continue to use BizBoon services and your account. If for any reason you disagree with the changes and you wish to stop using your account, discontinue your use of BizBoon account and services. Existing BizBoon Privacy Policy applies to all of your account information. If you continue to use your account and BizBoon services you have given your consent (which constitutes an approval) to the changes, practices or terms.
